These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Arrive Alive (the “Game”) and playarrivealive.com, provided by SupremeVue (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or exploits.
2. It’s a game
Arrive Alive is fiction. Its driving is exaggerated for fun and is not driving instruction. Never play while driving or in any situation that requires your attention.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Road Cred, lives, cars, skins and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as the Game develops.
4. Ads
The free version of the Game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Rewards from ads are subject to daily limits and to the ad being available.
5. Leaderboards and conduct
Leaderboards are provided through Google Play Games. We may remove scores we believe were obtained by cheating, and may suspend access for abuse. Your Play Games name must follow Google’s policies.
6. Third-party services
The Game relies on Google Play, Google Play Games Services and AppLovin. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
8. Disclaimers
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved progress will never be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue the Game. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law gives you the right to bring claims in your home courts.
