Arrive Alive has no account of its own, so there is no Arrive Alive account to close. Here is how to remove each kind of data.

Progress on your device

On Android go to Settings → Apps → Arrive Alive → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the Game. This permanently erases local progress.

Cloud saves and leaderboard scores

These are stored with your Google Play Games profile. You can delete Play Games data for Arrive Alive from the Google Play Games app (Profile → Settings → Delete Play Games account and data), or email us at support@supremevue.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and your Play Games gamer name. We will remove your leaderboard entries and cloud save within 30 days and confirm by email.

Advertising data

Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can ask AppLovin to delete data tied to your device through AppLovin’s privacy page.

Purchase records

Google keeps purchase records under its own retention policy, and some records must be kept for tax and legal reasons.
